| Not included: | Are alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that are served to you. Massages and spa treatments, use of solarium, stamps, use of telephone, bike hire, washing service and cancellation insurance. |
| Deposit: | 1/3 of the total price (max. € 250,--) or according to the conditions of bonus or flat rates. |
| Arrival: | Your room will be ready for you from 2 pm onwards. Of course you can arrive earlier but your room may not be ready. |
| Departure: | Rooms must be vacated by 10 am, arrangements for later departures can be made but your room must be vacated by 10 am. |
Payment:
| Cash, EC or Maestro card (please check your card limit before travelling), VISA, Mastercard or pre-payment by bank transfer to our account. |
| Smoking: | Out of consideration for our non-smoking guests we have designated our restaurant and our rooms as "non-smoker” areas. Smoking is permitted in the bar area and on the balconies. |
Pets:
| € 8,--/night (without feed). Inclusive National Park Hotel Dog Extras. Other pets on request. |
| Impact: | For double rooms with single occupancy a supplement of €18,- per night will be charged. Can only be booked at short notice. |
Reduction:
| For Bed and Breakfast only or, with sufficient notice, the cancellation of an evening meal: a reduction of € 10,00 or a packed lunch is available. Cancellation of the “Inclusive Culinary Extras”
(as described above) at a reduction of € 3,00 is possible, please note that in this case the à la carte restaurant prices then apply. |
| Minimum stay: | The minimum duration of stay for Bookings over the New Year period is 7 days otherwise there are no stipulations and 1 night stays are possible. |
| Packages: | Package-Bonus must be indicated by booking! |
