A good day always starts with a good breakfast! The breakfast buffet with plenty of natural, locally grown produce leaves nothing to be desired. Our motto: “enjoy and start each great day full of energy!” We also have an extra treat for late risers – the “sleep late breakfast” well into the afternoon!

To keep you going through the afternoon a cake and snacks buffet is provided.

Delicious Austrian and international cuisine awaits you and your family. Our team of kitchen staff will treat you to a 5-course evening meal with choice of main course, salad buffet and cheese board. In addition we put on a weekly gala dinner, theme or a fondue evening. Many of the products we use come from our own organic farm or from local Pinzgau farmers. Vegetarian meals are always included on the menu and our chefs are happy to cater for special dietary needs. The evening meal at the Small Salzburg National Park Hotel is a pleasurable and relaxing end to each (holi)day.

Your host and qualified sommelier Andreas is happy to help you with your choice of wine to accompany your meal from his well-stocked wine cellar. Here you will find fine wines from all over the world, whereby the major Austrian wines can certainly hold their own! The weekly wine tastings will give you a little insight into the great world of wine.
The cosy hotel bar
After an exciting day out where better to unwind than the hotel bar – the communication centre and meeting point at the Small Salzburg National Park Hotel. Cocktails, drinks or excellent wines from our wine cellar are served throughout the evening. This is the place where guests share their experiences and plan the next day of their holiday in Salzburg County. Mountains, lakes, culture or wellness, whatever you decide to do we’ll sure you’ll love it! Let’s drink to that!
