Austrian Regional Products Association
The products used in the preparation of our dishes are purchased predominantly
from members of the Austrian Regional Products Association!
The majority of our beef comes from our own organic farm in Mittersill. Additionally, we purchase
beef, veal and pork from the butchers Schultes in Zell am See and Ebner in Mittersill. The Pinzgauer Dairy in Maishofen provides us with
dairy products.
Fruit & Vegetables
are
delivered by the retailers Wedl and Frucht-Hutter.
Freshwater fish & Breakfast eggs are also delivered by the retailer Wedl.
