Coming from Munich – via the Inntalautobahn (A93) motorway, leave the motorway at the Kiefersfelden exit and continue through the town of Kufstein (road no. 173 and 312) then via Kitzbühel (road no. 161) to Mittersill. Continue towards Zell am See, turn left at the roundabout to Uttendorf. You will find the hotel right on the village square. |

| Coming from Lienz continue on the Felbertauernstraße (road no. 108) to Mittersill or via the Inntalautobahn (A12) motorway from Innsbruck – leave the motorway at the Wörgl exit and continue towards St. Johann (road no. 312) via Kitzbühel (road no.161) to Mittersill. Continue towards Zell am See, turn left at the roundabout to Uttendorf. You will find the hotel right on the village square. |

| Via the Westautobahn (A1) motorway – leave the motorway at the Bischofshofen exit (road no311) - via Zell am See (road no.168) towards Mittersill. Before you reach the motorway turn right. You will find the hotel right on the village square. |

| Arriving by train |
| If you are travelling by train the next express line station is in Zell am See (which is serviced by IC and EC trains). From here you can reach Uttendorf using the regional train service “Pinzgaubahn” or by bus. The bus stop, called “Dorfplatz Uttendorf”, is right in front of the hotel. Free pick-up service from Uttendorf train station. PLEASE NOTE: there are three villages called “Uttendorf” in Austria. You must always look for “Uttendorf im Pinzgau” – the station is called „”Uttendorf Stubachtal”. We are happy to pick you up from the train station at Uttendorf free of charge! The pick-up service from the train station in Zell am See costs € 25,00 each way. |

| Arriving by plane |
| The fastest and easiest way to reach us is by air. The nearest airports are Salzburg or Munich. Flights to Salzburg are available with direct bus connections – the fastest way to the slopes. |
| Airport shuttle and taxi service |
| The cheapest alternative is the bus, but only in winter. The Airport Express bus takes passengers to the winter holiday region four times daily from Wednesday to Sunday. Somewhat more comfortable and flexible are the Airport Shuttle Service and the Oberkofler Taxi Service which will bring you to our front door.
